Clive Festival

B and I joined Deb and T at the Clive Festival....I thought it was just going to be  kids' games, so we weren't fully prepared for what was going on. Good thing I had an extra outfit so he could enjoy...and boy did he have a BLAST!!!  B Man was a little hesitant at first but quickly warmed up to the idea.

T and her friend were great about letting B go down the big hill with them. After eating a snow cone,  he asked to go home and fell asleep before we even got out of the parking lot.  Thanks again Deb for inviting us.... I believe fun was had by all !!!

First Day Room 11

May 28th... Mr. B started in the 3 year old class-Room 11. His teachers this year are Miss Sara, Miss Nicole, and Miss MacKenzie. He looks forward to going everyday....that is AFTER he struggles to get out of bed and eat his breakfast while watching a cartoon. After 3 previous classrooms being in the middle/back of the building, we FINALLY get to wave to him from the front window facing the parking lot!!

Last Day Room 9

B Man's last day in the two year old room with Miss Kerry and Miss Melisa was May 24th. We celebrated by stopping at Dunkin Dounuts for a special breakfast.

Meeting Baby I P A

My best friend Janet and her husband welcome a darling little girl into their world on May 18th. We could hardly wait to visit them a week later. Mr. B wasn't sure what to think of her at first but warmed up to holding her VERY BRIEFLY....he was more interested in running around and playing with Charlie Puppy!!

Fishing with Dad

Casey had been wanting to take Mr. B fishing for quite awhile, so Memorial Day weekend seemed like a prefect time for his first adventure in angling!  B Man didn't quite understand that once you throw your line that you have to wait until your bobber moves before bringing it in.  He is more of a cast and reel in type guy. He has patience similar to his mother....we like to see quick results!! To his father's dismay little guy's favorite part was picking up big rocks and tossing them into the water ...he kept telling us we had to be quiet....that is REALLY HARD for the two of us though.

 

Even though we didn't catch anything in our 45 minutes trip, it was still great father-son time while mom got to watch!!  Hopefully there will be more guy expeditions in their future.

Farmer's Market

On Thursdays we go to the Valley Junction Farmer's Market. We all enjoy eating from the different vendors...B Man LOVES the music and running around with kids! This past week when we arrived the City of W.D. had some of their equipment on display....Mr. B WAS SO EXCITED!!!

Mr. B was SO NOT HAPPY about leaving that after we got home and he was out of the car... he started to yell to me as he is BOLTING down the sidewalk that he was going back to the Farmer's Market!!
