Greetings

Merry Christmas to all.....

and to all a Good Night!!

Visiting Santa

We take Mr. B  to Bass Pro Shop to chat with the same "real" Santa every year.  I love this Jolly Saint Nick, he takes his time with each child....even babies that don't have much to say to him.  Again this year B man wasn't scared he just would rather be touching the many interesting things than sitting on a lap.  Because we were buying the small photo package, we had to retake his photo as there was something wrong with the first one.  Everyone was very pleasant about this...even waiting parents and kids.

I can't believe Mr. B is old enough to have seen him TWICE already!!
Where is the little dude I took last year?

I would highly reccommend this Big Guy!!!

Washington DC... THE FINAL PART

On our last day we decided to be low key and just journeyed to the National Zoo.  B Man's favorite part was seeing the panda bears.  We learned a lot about their history from a zoo volunteer.  It was nice to spend a couple of hours just strolling around taking in all the animals.

We found this on our way

Please give me a snack

He would follow them along the glass from one end to the other...GIGGLING!!

This baby was very active

We packed our bags and after a quick dinner went to the airport.  I'm so happy that the curbside check in gentleman was in the holiday spirit and didn't charge me  extra for my overweight bag! Mr. B and I enjoyed our holiday and were ready to get home to see Daddy. Thank you so much to Gabe and Hanni for having us out for the weekend. Big Thanks to their really cool neighbors for letting us use their pack n play, highchair, and toys while we were out there.  It was also really kind of Ken, Lisa, and their family  to have us over for Thanksgiving dinner.  My mom, dad, and nieces were a HUGE help with B Man making it easier for me to enjoy my time as well.

Washington DC...part 4

Mr. B and I ventured out bright and early on Sunday to my parents' hotel so we could get a jump on the long day of touring the city.  Our first stop was to Georgetown Cupcakes...also known as DC Cupcakes on TLC.  I wish they had a location near us!!  Then Hanni picked us up and dropped us off near the Jefferson Memorial so we could begin another day of expeditions of the Nation's Capital.  We saw countless things at the Smithsonians that I wouldn't able to get pictures of all the fascinating exhibits.

Outside Georgetown Cupcakes....scrumptious flavors!!

We had hoped to make it to the Air and Space Museum but ran out of time....I guess we will have to start there on our next trip DC.  We could have spend more time studying everything they had to offer.
